John Postle , Vice-President of Life Sciences Enterprise

John joined the company in 2007 John’s primary area of focus is related to Enterprise applications and services. Prior to joining Court Square Group John spent over 11 years with Pfizer. As a Technology Portfolio Manger, John supported Pfizer Global Research and Development Finance, Procurement Environmental Health, Legal, Human Resource, and Corporate Quality Groups. John was responsible for establishing strategic IT investment, managing the multi-million dollar budgets for his client areas as well as ensuring delivery of IT solutions and services. In this role John has overseen the implementation of many global enterprise solutions including Financial Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence implementation, Research Project Accounting, Regulatory Quality systems, Electronic Requisitioning, Legal Matter Management, and Document Management, to name a few. Prior to his tenure with Pfizer John held several senior financial positions with a major financial institution and helped establish Deloitte’s Management Consulting Practice in Southern New England.

John holds a BS from Auburn University; an MBA from University of Connecticut is a CPA and has received PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.

 

Andy Sontag , Vice-President of Life Sciences Clinical and Regulatory

Mr. Sontag has been a life sciences executive for 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, medical device industry and technical industry.  He worked many years at AstraZeneca in a variety of technology and leadership positions.  He implemented systems across the business value chain including pharmaceutical development, drug development, quality assurance, supply chain, finance, order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay areas.  After holding responsibility for all of AstraZeneca’s US manufacturing sites technology, he has part of the leadership team for the AstraZeneca’s US SAP implementation

Mr. Sontag most recently came from Boston Scientific where he was the Vice President of Global Business Operations for the Clinical Sciences function, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer.  He had responsibility for the entire technology suite from Preclinical to Regulatory along with the Finance and Quality Functions.  His insight on how to streamline the drug development process in clinical and regulatory directly contributed to numerous systems improvements including the implementation of electronic data capture (EDC) systems, safety and adjudication systems, clinical trial management systems, site management systems and numerous other implementations.
